Refund Policy
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. If you experience any issues with our service within this period, we will inspect and correct the problem at no additional cost.
2. Parts Returns
Unused parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt, provided they are in original packaging and have not been installed.
- Core deposits (brake rotors, starters, alternators) are non-refundable
- Special order parts cannot be returned
- Tires are non-refundable once mounted
3. Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $25 missed appointment fee.
4. Payment Refunds
Refunds for payments will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a service or product, please speak with our service manager immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
